When one of our customers, a well-known health drink manufacturer, contacted us out of hours on a Saturday morning, they were in the middle of installing a new juice production line. The project had come to a halt after engineers discovered four critical bearings were missing, preventing a key shaft from being fitted.

Without these components, the installation couldn’t be completed and production was at risk of falling behind schedule.

As soon as we received the call, we set to work sourcing the required bearings. Understanding the urgency of the situation, we ensured the parts were delivered that same afternoon, allowing the engineering team to complete the installation and keep the project on track.

This project demonstrates how even the smallest components can have the biggest impact. A handful of bearings was all that stood between a delayed installation and a production line running to schedule.
